Anastasia Hohriakova, a contemporary Russian artist and painter whose genius stands at the intersection of Realism and Impressionism.

Born in 1980 in Moscow, Anastasia began the study of art at an early age. In 1999 she entered the Repin State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in St. Petersburg. In 2001 Anastasia was transferred to the Department of Monumental Painting of the Surikov State Academic Art Institute in Moscow, where she worked under the supervision of the famous Russian artist E. Maksimov. Anastasia successfully completed six years of study in the institute in 2005.

Anastasia Hohriakova works in almost all genres of monumental and easel painting: interior murals and frescos, graffito and mosaic, portraits, genre scenes, landscapes and still life. Her artwork, both in painting and in composition, reflects the emotionalism, vivacity and energy with which she perceives the world around her. Her paintings subtly express mood and image distinguishing themselves by their integrity and clear, constructive composition.

The artist has created hundreds of art originals and has completed a series of paintings for the play “There’s enough simplicity for every sage”, staged at the Maly Theatre in Moscow. Anastasia spent the summer of 2003 creating murals for the Saint Nicholas Cathedral in New York, the main Russian Orthodox parish in the United States, in celebration of its the 100th Anniversary. Her paintings are held in private collections throughout Russia, the United States, Great Britain, Italy, France, Hong Kong, China.

Artist Biography:

Ivan Slavinsky was born April 26 1968 in Leningrad. His father – Dmitry Oboznenko, painter of battle-pieces, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, and his mother – Galina Patrabolova, art. Ivan began to paint with 5 years professional skills was the art school at the Academy of Fine Arts .

The first exhibition of Ivan Slavinsky in St. Petersburg took place in the gallery ” Association of Free Artists “in 1991 . Painter gradually began to acquire fame in St. Petersburg. There were invitations in the gallery in Moscow. Later, in 1993 Ivan Slavinsky went to France, where he lived and worked on contracts in European galleries for ten years. During this time
he held solo exhibitions in Luxembourg , Dublin ( Ireland ), Stockholm ( Sweden ), Marseille, Paris ( France ) and other cities.

In 2003 Ivan Slavinsky returned to Russia in June 2007 in St. Petersburg opened an art gallery IVAN SLAVINSKY. Extending their profile gallery changed its name to SLAVINSKY ART. From April 2010 gallery bears the name of the owner and director LAZAREV GALLERY.

In 1997 Ivan Slavinsky is a member of Russian Union of Artists. In 2009 Ivan Slavinsky became an artist-curator of the charity art event “ABC”, which is held annually as part of the “Christmas Fair” in St. Petersburg.

Life Style: 

Married with three children. He has lived and worked in St. Petersburg.

Creativity: 

Fantastic realism – a genre in which Ivan Slavinsky works. The essence of this genre is the new reality, which the artist passes through the plastic puzzles and metaphors, are the hallmarks of paintings metamorphosis allegory, complex artistic compositions, rich palette of colors. Slavinsky wrote the classic still lifes , which are attended by Nautilus and the astrolabe, and portraits in the spirit of Impressionism and the paintings of medieval knights, and surrealist paintings and cityscapes. Professional activity Ivan Slavinsky covers more than twenty years.

Pictures of Ivan Slavinsky were found in the collections of Michael Schumacher , Dutch and French ministers in the Swiss office of Microsoft ( Microsoft ). In Russia, the owners of his paintings have become an actress Renata Litvinova , TV host Ivan Urgant , lead singer of ” Mumiy Troll ” Ilya Lagutenko .

Fotanian Open Studios Programme 伙炭藝術工作室開放計劃; brings together a
vibrant community of artists and art lovers who transformed industrial lofts
into art studios. Visitors get to go behind the scene and explore their
creative works, which encompass a wide array of media, including paintings,
sculptures, ceramics, mixed media, printmaking, installations, photographic

The work of Alexey Terenin invites the viewer on a mystical voyage infused with a magical
fascination. With great boldness he marries the rigour of his architectural lines to a dreamlike poetry
to create a universe of his own filled with phantom and enigmatic figures.

Olga Trushnikova
The artist organically combines the principles of Russian folk art and traditions of postmodernism.
Simple plots become internal compositional complexity and multi-color palette. Picturesque scenes
merge into pieces in bright colorful fabric, like a patchwork quilt.
